Celestica Inc. completes redemption of its 7.875% senior subordinated notes due 2011

TORONTO, Nov. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Celestica Inc. ("Celestica") (NYSE, TSX: CLS), a global leader in the delivery of end-to-end product lifecycle solutions, today announced that it has completed the redemption of all of its outstanding 7.875% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2011 (the "Notes"). The company used US$355.2 million of its existing cash resources to settle the outstanding principal amount of the Notes of US$339.4 million at a price of 101.969% plus accrued and unpaid interest to the redemption date.
