THREE men were, on Friday, October 2, 2020, released on $100, 000 bail each by Magistrate Leron Daly after denying a break and enter and larceny charge.
Ezekeil Headley, also known as Nigel Headley, ‘Doolie’ and ‘Lil Suckie’, along with Elroy Mc Clean and Ceon Lewis, called ‘Frank’ or ‘Pops’ appeared at the Georgetown Magistrates Court to answer to the charge. They all pleaded not guilty.
Particulars of the charge stated that between Saturday, September 19, 2020 and Monday, September 21, 2020, at Water Street, Georgetown, they broke and entered National Hardware and stole 82 gallons of Berger paint valued $387,184; 105 feet of extension cord valued at $155,238, 20; cordless drills valued $167,994, and eight circular saws valued $112,994. The items, which totalled $823,410 is the property of Eddie Boyer.
Magistrate Leron Daly granted each defendant bail and adjourned the matter to Friday, October 30, 2020, for hearing in Court 2.
