In conversation with ITV’s Richard Madeley and Susanna Reid, Nikita teased the inclusion of a special surprise for Strictly enthusiasts.

When Susanna inquired: "Do you have your favourite celebrity partners joining you on stage?" Nikita couldn't contain his excitement as he responded: "I actually do! Do you know what? I'm actually so excited about this because I've wanted to say this for such a long time."

He continued with the big reveal: "In Bristol on the 30th of March, I can officially say that my partner Layton Williams is going to come and join me as a special guest for one night only, we're going to do our iconic routine and I'm so so excited!".

Nikita and Layton wowed audiences as a duo on the 2023 series of Strictly, where they danced their way into the finals and captured the hearts of viewers, ultimately finishing as joint runners-up alongside Bobby Brazier. The Glitterball trophy was won by Coronation Street’s Ellie Leach and her dance partner Vito Coppola, reports Wales Online.

While Nikita is renowned for lighting up the dance floor, his appearance on Celebrity Big Brother last year gave fans a glimpse of a different facet of his personality.

The 27-year-old clinched second place in the contest, with David Potts taking the top spot in 2024. Anticipation is building as the ITV reality series prepares to make a comeback in the coming weeks, with fans keen to discover which celebrities will enter the famous house.

During his appearance on Good Morning Britain, Nikita discussed his time on the show with entertainment correspondent Richard Arnold.

He shared: "At the end of the day, I loved it. But, at the same time, I struggled with the fact that I am so private. I can be outside but then I need to go inside my little nutshell and just be quiet.

"But once you're in the house, every time you go to nap or relax or something you're thinking, 'Ok, you're actually out of the whole concept of this Big Brother community'."

The Strictly sensation also offered some advice to future housemates, recommending they opt for a chat when they feel the urge to take a nap.

While an official launch date has not been announced, it's rumoured that Celebrity Big Brother will return to ITV screens next month.
