The Great British Bake Off legend Dame Mary Berry has celebrated turning 90 with a surprise move.
The food guru and TV personality's milestone birthday is today, and in the days leading up to it, she decided to jump on the social media train and start an Instagram account.
"My 90th Year is full of surprises," the caption of her first post reads, "and I am kicking it off this year with starting my own Instagram account. As I get to grips with it do follow along for the journey. MB x".
In the days since, Mary's account has posted snaps from her interview and photoshoot that features in the latest issue of British Vogue (out tomorrow).
The page has also shared clips from some of her classic cooking shows, as well as some sneak-peak looks at tonight's pre-recorded Mary Berry birthday special episode of The One Show.
In one of the One Show clips, we see Mary get a birthday well-wish from none other than HRH, the Prince of Wales, William.

In one of the One Show clips, we see Mary get a birthday well-wish from none other than HRH, the Prince of Wales, William.
"Hi, Mary!" the Prince said. "I want to wish you a very happy 90th birthday. You are a true national treasure and we've loved working with you over the years.
"Have a fantastic day today. I dread to think who's cooking your cake and the criticism they might get, but good luck and I hope it goes really well."
"What an honour," Mary told hosts Alex Jones and Roman Kemp.
The One Show airs weeknights at 7pm on BBC One and streams on iPlayer. The Great British Bake Off and its spin-off Bake Off: An Extra Slice both air on Channel 4 in the UK. In the US, it's known as The Great British Baking Show, and streams on Netflix.
