Best Pixel deals
There are many Pixel phones to choose from. To help you find the best model for your needs and budget, we've broken down the best deals across the generations.
Best Pixel 9, 9 Pro, 9 Pro XL and 9 Pro Fold deals
The latest Google lineup, the Pixel 9 series, comes with a fresh design and is jam-packed with AI features. Generative AI pops up in many places, like the weather app and the all-new image-generation app. The new design has flat edges and a more defined camera bar. At an impressive 6.8 inches, the XL model is the largest phone created by Google yet. The Pixel 9 retails for $799, the 9 Pro costs $999, the 9 Pro XL model costs $1,099 and the 9 Pro Fold costs $1,799.
Verizon has generous deals on all models in the main Pixel 9 lineup right now. Add a new line on a qualifying unlimited plan, and you can save $1,000 on the basic Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro or 9 Pro XL, which gets you the smartphone free. Trading in an old phone with the activation of an Unlimited Ultimate line can save you up to $1,000 on the Pixel 9 Pro Fold, which drops the price to $22 per month. Verizon also offers up to $100 off on select devices like earbuds.
You can also bundle a free Google Watch 3 or Galaxy Tab S10 FE with the purchase, but you'll need a new line for these devices.
Currently, you can save up to $300 on select devices from the Pixel 9 lineup on Google, thanks to the brand's Mother's Day deals.
Plus, if you have a good condition phone to trade in, you could save as much as $600 off unlocked models, although note that the highest prices are paid on more recent phones. New customers looking to join Google Fi Wireless will also get up to $800 back as bill credits over 24 months. Plus, all Pro models come with one year of free access to Gemini Advanced, Google's new AI assistant, which is a $239 value.
AT&T doesn't carry the Pixel 9 Pro Fold, but it is offering some savings on other models. If you're after the basic Pixel 9, you can snag it for just $11 per month when you purchase it on an installment plan and sign up for AT&T's Next Up Anytime service. That saves you $454 with no trade-in or new line required. If you have an old Pixel phone valued at $35 or more, you can trade it in and score a free Pixel 9 Pro or a 9 Pro XL, as long as you have or switch to an eligible unlimited plan and are signed up for the Next Up Anytime service.
T-Mobile has generous offers for those adding a line or looking to trade in their old phone. You will receive up to $1,000 when you add a new line on the Experience More, Experience Beyond, Go5G Plus, or Go5G Next plan. Those on most other plans can still save $600 with a new line or $500 with an eligible trade-in.
Best Buy is currently offering savings of up to $300 on select Pixel 9 models. Plus, you can get $100 off your purchase if you choose same-day activation through Verizon and up to $840 off with an eligible trade-in. You can also save up to 50% on Pixel Buds upon purchasing select Pixel phones.
If you add (or upgrade to) a line at Xfinity, you can save up to $830 on the Pixel 9 lineup when you also trade in an old phone.
Plus, Xfinity will give you up to $500 to pay off your current contract when you switch carriers. Transferring your number isn't required, but a trade-in is.
Spectrum isn't carrying the basic Pixel 9 at the moment. However, it is offering the Pixel 9 Pro at $400 off, which drops the starting price down to just $600, or $16 per month. The Pixel 9a (128GB) can also be grabbed at a $104 discount for $396 or $11 a month.
Mint Mobile is offering some big savings on the Pixel 9 series. The basic Pixel 9, 9 Pro and 9 Pro XL are all $400 off, which brings the starting prices down to just $399, $599 and $699, respectively. You can also save $350 on the Pixel 9 Pro Fold, which puts it in your pocket for just $1,449.
Users switching an existing number over to Mint Mobile can get a year of unlimited data for just $15 per month with the purchase, for $180 in total savings. You can also score extra savings via Mint Mobile's trade-in program.
Best Pixel 9A deals
The Pixel 9A is the latest model in Google's budget-friendly A-series lineup and a pretty incredible value at just $499 -- matching, or even exceeding, the main Pixel 9 in some categories. It has a more substantial battery (although slower charging) and features the same Tensor G4 chipset as the flagship lineup, which means it also supports Gemini AI features. It also features the same screen as the basic Pixel 9, with a 6.3-inch OLED display and 2,700 nits of brightness. You're sacrificing a bit of memory at just 8GB of RAM, along with some image resolution on the rear camera. You can get all the details in our full breakdown.
Google is the obvious choice if you're looking to grab the new Pixel 9A, and there are a number of offers available. If you grab yourself an unlocked model, you'll get $100 in free Google Store credit toward your next purchase, which is a great way to save on a case, charger or other accessories. This offer is only available until May 11.
If you're looking to join Google Fi, new customers will get $499 back in bill credits, which gets you the basic 128GB model free. Google also has its own trade-in program that can save you up to $600 in exchange for your old phone, which could also net you a free Pixel 9A, although note that the best trade-in prices are paid for more recent phones.
AT&T is offering a generous $412 discount on the new Pixel 9A when you purchase the phone on an installment plan, which drops the price to just $3 per month. There's no trade-in required, but you can exchange your old phone for even more savings. Discounts are applied as bill credits over 36 months.
You can also get up to 50% off select Google Pixel accessories with the purchase.
Mint Mobile has knocked $100 off the new Pixel 9A, which is an excellent offer if you don't have an old phone to trade in or want to activate a line of service. Those switching an existing number over to Mint Mobile can also get a year of unlimited data for just $15 monthly, which is 50% off the usual price.
Pixel 8 and 8 Pro deals
Released in late 2023, the Pixel 8 and 8 Pro are now a generation old. They feature a next-gen Tensor G3 processor, convenient AI features and improved screens. Right now, these models -- and deals on them -- are a little scarce, so what's available are mostly trade-in credit offers.
For the time being, you can still purchase the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro from Google directly, with the 8 starting at $699 and the 8 Pro starting at $999. There aren't any special offers or discounts, but you can save hundreds when you trade in your old phone. Discounts will vary depending on your device's year, condition and configuration. More recent devices like an iPhone 15 Pro Max or Galaxy Z Fold 6 will net you as much as $600, although you'd be looking closer to the $200 mark for something from a few years ago.
It's getting harder to find a new Google Pixel 8 phone in stock, but there are still a few configurations available at Best Buy. You can save $99 on the Pixel 8 Pro, which drops the price down to $900. The tech retailer also has its own trade-in program that can save you up to $240.
Pixel 8A deals
The Pixel 8A is also now a generation old and it's worth noting that the updated Pixel 9A lists for the same price. That being said, there are still a few places you can grab this 2024 model for less.
The previous-gen Pixel 8A is still available from Google and while there are no special offers at the moment, you can bring the price down a bit with an eligible trade-in. That being said, the new Pixel 9A lists for the same price and there are a number of deals available on this updated model, making it a much better value.
Pixel Fold deals
The Pixel Fold was Google's first foldable device and it's the predecessor to the new Pixel 9 Pro Fold. It features a 5.8-inch cover screen, a 7.6-inch OLED internal screen, 12GB of RAM, a Tensor G2 processor and an intimidating $1,799 starting price. It's getting pretty tough to find these original foldables in stock -- especially with a new model on the shelves. Right now, there aren't a lot of deals, although you might find a refurbished model at a decent price.
Google's Pixel Fold was the company's first-ever foldable. Although new versions are hard to come by, refurbished versions are still available on sites such as Amazon. This 256GB Pixel Fold includes 12GB RAM, supports 5G and has a 2.85 GHz CPU speed.
Plus, its 48MP rear camera and 8MP front camera are great for ensuring you're seen clearly and taking awesome photos. All Amazon store refurbished items qualify for its trade-in program, which lets you save an extra $785 when you trade in an eligible device.
What is the best Pixel deal right now?
If you're looking to get the most bang for your buck, Google's deals on the new Pixel 9A are a pretty great value. You can save up to $600 off with an eligible trade-in, potentially dropping the price to nothing depending on the device you hand over, and you'll get $100 in free Google Store credit. Plus, new Google Fi customers can pick up the basic 128GB model free without the need to trade in a device (that deal also applies to the regular Pixel 9).
