Magician Alexandra Burgio was confirmed to be appearing on Britain’s Got Talent on Saturday night.

A preview clip showed her amusing the judges as she silenced Simon Cowell within seconds. After she entered the stage with her mouth taped shut she wasted no time in heading down to the judges' panel and taping Simon's mouth too.

Alesha Dixon, Bruno Tonioli and Amanda Holden were in hysterics. As she did it Alesha told her: "Go on girl," as Amanda cheered loudly, with the audience doing so too.

Simon shrugged and laughed, as auditionee Alexandra began celebratory dancing over her antics with the crowd laughing along. But this isn't magician Alexandra's first time performing on TV, and it also isn't her first appearance on a Got Talent series.

Alexandra has in fact auditioned before, but on a different version of the show. Alexandra wowed judges and audience members when she appeared on Canada's Got Talent just last year, in 2024, reaching the semi-finals.

The BGT hopeful also appeared on Penn and Teller's TV series in the US called Penn & Teller: Fool Us in 2023. She impressed the famous magic and comedy duo, with them stunned by her act.

It comes as a preview revealed that guest judge KSI would be reduced to a shaking mess in the latest episode. It was revealed he would be tied up, blindfolded and tormented on stage by a mysterious figure.

After being called to the stage by the performer, the hooded figure teased him with private details of past loves before presenting him with his biggest fear - bugs. He was blindfolded and tied up before being taunted by the unknown auditionee.

Speaking after the stunt to The Mirror, terrified KSI said he had no idea it was about to happen. “I was blind to it all,” he insisted. “When I got pulled up on stage, I just thought, ‘Here we go. How is he going to torment me?’

“He gets me up on stage and he mentions a girl I was involved with years ago, no one really knows about her, only a specific few people do.” In the dark about who it could be, KSI said he thought it was a mind magician.

“There’s this guy I’ve seen who goes to different artists, like musicians, and he interviews them and he's able to say things to them that no one knows,” he explains. “He's able to just do stuff like that and everyone's always there, like, ‘how do you know that? Who's told you that? This is crazy. Like, no one should know this’. So I was thinking it was something similar to that.

“This guy is gonna just say things that no one should know. I was tripping balls! I couldn't believe it. And then he gets bugs out, that’s a genuine fear of mine.”
