April 16, (THEWILL) – The Nigeria Police Force has declared Ihuoma Julia Nneji, daughter of ABC Transport founder, Frank Nneji, wanted over alleged cybercrime, criminal defamation, and cyberstalking.
In a bulletin released late Tuesday by the Nigeria Police Force National Cybercrime Centre (NPF-NCCC), the Force listed Nneji’s offences to include *“criminal defamation, injurious falsehood, and cyberstalking.”*
The notice, shared on the NPF’s official Facebook page, directed that she be arrested and handed over to the nearest police station or the NPF-NCCC headquarters in Abuja. Her last known address, according to the bulletin, is Victoria Garden City in Lagos.
The police declaration comes months after Nneji filed a defamation lawsuit at the Federal High Court in Abuja against controversial social media commentator, Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan.
VeryDarkMan had accused Nneji of making false claims about her ex-husband, misrepresenting herself as a U.S.-based travel nurse when she allegedly works as a care aide, and undergoing multiple cosmetic procedures, including a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).
The police have yet to issue further details on the investigation or whether the ongoing legal dispute with Otse is connected to the latest charges.
