Fortnite fans gather around for a new spin on Darth Jar Jar for this year’s May the Fourth Be with You. They have even changed things up, adding a new Battle Royale that is coming on May 2nd. You will be able to take out opponents in new skins using a new ability, Force Lightning. This was announced during the Japan Star Wars Celebration just the other day. It’s time to put tongue-in-cheek and say, “Ooh, mooie-mooie! I love da Dark Side!”
For those who might be unfamiliar with the Light and Dark side of things in the Star Wars universe, Jar Jar Binks is the fictional character from George Lucas’ Star Wars Saga. He’s a Gungan and first appeared in the Star Wars prequel trilogy. He was the first fully computer-generated supporting character in a live-action movie. Since then, he has appeared in several other spin-off movies, series, as well as games.
In his original and first appearance, Jar Jar was an ignorant, simpleton, who was manipulated by evil for their own twisted purposes. Then, in 2010, the animated Robot Chicken: Star Wars Episode III was released on Adult Swim. It showed that Jar Jar was the original Sith Lord who had been the real villain behind every Star Wars movie.
When it came to Video games, Jar Jar first made an appearance as a playable character in the Lego Star Wars game. He then followed up by appearing in Angry Birds in Angry Birds Star Wars II, where he’s called Jar Jar Wings. He was also able to make an appearance in the animated show Lego Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy, where the entire Star Wars galaxy has been rewritten, and Jar Jar appears as the most powerful Sith Lord, Darth Jar Jar.
Now this Dark Force using bill-mouthing, lightning wheeling, messed-up vocabulary sayer is dropping to Fortnite. Along with him comes the Galactic Battle, where there will be X-Wings as well as Tie Fighters to zoom around in. Other skins will be offered in the Item Shop, like the purple wielding lightsaber user Mace Windu. There will also be characters that can be earned in the Battle Pass, like Emperor Palpatine, as well as a new Wookiee named Cuddles.
Anyone who wants to be the worst of the worst bad guy, here is how it’s done. You start out getting the Fortnite Galactic Battle on May 2nd. Once you get it, you complete the challenges given to you during the season, earning you the items in the battle pass. As you level up in the battle pass, you will eventually get the Darth Jar Jar skin and be able to take out hordes of your enemies with a Sithly prejudice.
The Battle Pass and the Galactic Battle events are available for five weeks. During that time, Epic and Lucasfilm have always offered additional surprises in the shop and challenges, making this a free-to-play Star Wars fan’s dream. The game was released in 2017, and two years later, they began their collaboration as Star Wars characters.
Since that time, Star Wars has found a home on the Fortnite island, right down to the Lego and rhythm side games that came with it. Right now, Fortnite players are enjoying their heist theme with other available skins of Shohei Ohtani and Sbrina Carpenter. Let’s see how they play with this year’s Star Wars characters, both good and bad, on an island full of weapons and bad attitudes.

Jet Kordo’s Legacy is one of the most puzzling questlines in Star War: Outlaws, mainly because some of the clues are cryptic. Jet Kordo, the former captain of The Trailblazer, has sealed up some of his precious items in a variety of Miyuki Vaults scattered across the galaxy, and it’s up to you to find and loot them all. In this guide we’re breaking down everything you need to know to find and unlock Jet Kordo’s Miyuki Vaults on Tatooine in Star Wars: Outlaws. Jet Kordo’s Legacy, Tatooine Vault 1: Buried Vault Getting the Buried Vault Holodisc – Star Wars: Outlaws This quest starts in Tatooine’s main city, Mos Eisley. Head to the Easternmost point of the city, which is straight down the main street to Chalmun’s Cantina – yes, the cantina. Just outside you’ll overhead two women talking about a treasure hunter. Speak to them to get your first clue, leading you to Wayfar, the first place you touched down on Tatooine. Upon returning to Wayfar you’ll overhear a couple once again speaking about a treasure hunter, this time outside of the bar. This will lead you far to the West of Tatooine’s deserts, to a Massiff nest hidden between the rocks. Inside you’ll find the Treasure Hunter’s Holodisc, kicking off Jet Kordo’s Tatooine questline properly. Buried Vault Holomap location – Star Wars: Outlaws What you’ll be given is a picture of a Holomap of a large area with some rocks on a hill. It’s not very informative, but not many places in Tatooine are this empty – except the desert. Head to the South desert and beeline toward three conspicuous rocks on your map. The smallest of the three rocks is actually the Tuning Stone you’re looking for to help you find the Vault. Buried Vault location – Star Wars: Outlaws Head to the Southwest from the Tuning Stone and beeline straight. Eventually, you’ll find a large metal building hidden behind a sand dune, and you can insert the Holodisc into a slot on the wall to get inside. This will reward you with the Scoundrel Jacket, which will complete the Scoundrel gear set, if you’ve already found Jet Kordo’s Toshara Vault and Akiva Vaults. But that’s not the last Miyuki Vault on Tatooine, there’s still one more to hunt down. Jet Kordo’s Legacy, Tatooine Vault 2: Perched Vault You’ll already have a hint to point you in the right direction for this next Vault, but before you continue, you will need a Slicing Kit in order to complete this portion of the quest, so go and get one if you haven’t already. Getting the Perched Vault Holodisc – Star Wars: Outlaws You’ll need to head to Bestine, which is within Imperial Territory, and find two Spacers that are discussing pirates that came through and likely took the Holodisc you need. They’re stood near the docking bay for the Trailblazer. Their hint will have you searching the area to the South. There you’ll find Garrick Ranch, which has been taken over by the same pirates you heard about. Take them out, and then you’ll need the Slicing Kit to get inside their treasure room to take the Damaged Holodisc. Perched Vault Holomap location – Star Wars: Outlaws Your new holomap will have you beelining South, not to the desert this time, but to the humble trader Tretet Zadiket. He has some goods you can bargain for, but the Tuning Stone is basically right next to him. Perched Vault location – Star Wars: Outlaws Thankfully, finding the Perched Vault is pretty simple. Directly behind the Tuning Stone you’ll see a path between the rocks. Follow it, take the first left, and jump the gap. Continue straight ahead and use the grapple point to swing across to the rock wall. Climb up the rock wall, and you’ll find the door to Jet Kordo’s Perched Vault. Inside you’ll find the Sandcrawler Paint Job for your Speeder, adding another part to the Scoundrel aesthetic.
The New York Giants had plenty of pass-rushing help following their boost in the 2025 NFL Draft when they selected Penn State standout Abdul Carter with the No. 3 pick. Carter is set to join a roster that has Brian Burns, Dexter Lawrence II, Rakeem Nunez-Roches, and Kayvon Thibodeaux. In fact, New York’s riches on the defensive line had Kristopher Knox of Bleacher Report suggesting that Thibodeaux would be an ideal trade piece for the Green Bay Packers before training camp. The Giants might want to keep him on the roster a little while longer after news surfaced on another pass rusher in OTAs. A New York Giants OLB suffered an injury during OTAs Per Jordan Raanan of ESPN, Victor Dimukeje suffered a torn pec during OTAs and will “miss time” as he recovers from the injury. “Edge rusher Victor Dimukeje tore his pec during offseason workouts with the Giants, per sources,” Raanan wrote. “He’s going to miss time as a result. Dimukeje was a free-agent signing this offseason. Worth noting: Giants added OLB Abdul Carter in the draft. It’s a position of strength.” Victor Dimukeje signed with the Giants in March OurLads listed Dimukeje as the No. 3 linebacker on the left side behind Burns and Chauncey Golston. The Nigerian-born defender was selected by the Arizona Cardinals in the sixth round of the 2021 draft. He played college football for Duke, making second-team All-ACC in 2019. Dimukeje has appeared in 55 games and started eight. The six-foot-two, 262-pound edge has recorded 67 tackles, seven tackles for loss, 16 quarterback hits, four sacks, and one forced fumble in his four-year NFL career. Dimukeje signed with the Giants in March.
The Chicago Bears have their most complete roster since Ryan Poles took over as general manager in 2025. Should Caleb Williams have a strong second season in the league under first-year head coach Ben Johnson, the Bears will play at least one meaningful game in January if not more. Following the draft, the Bears have been linked to help at a few positions to boost the roster before training camp. Chicago doesn’t have a sure thing at running back and could use more depth at safety and defensive end. The Chicago Bears need depth at linebacker However, Aaron Schatz of ESPN thinks the Bears might be overlooking a position this offseason. He named the linebacker position as Chicago’s biggest need at this point. “The Bears don’t have a clear No. 3 linebacker,” Schatz wrote. “Their No. 3 ‘backer from last season (Jack Sanborn) is now in Dallas. That leaves very little behind veterans T.J. Edwards and Tremaine Edmunds. “Fourth-round rookie Ruben Hyppolite II might be counted on right away, a tough ask for a player drafted far ahead of where he was projected to go. Other options include Amen Ogbongbemiga, who played only 15 defensive snaps last season, and Noah Sewell, who played just five.” Can Ruben Hyppolite develop fast enough in training camp? The Bears invested in the linebacker group this offseason, giving Edwards a two-year deal worth $20 million before drafting Hyppolite on Day 3. Chicago shouldn’t trust that Hyppolite can take care of the LB3 job this season. He was a reach for the Bears in the fourth round, and many scouts believe his ceiling is as a backup or special teams player. Maybe defensive coordinator Dennis Allen can develop him into something more, but that could be years away. Sewell, a fifth-round pick in 2023, appears to be one of the players set to be on the bubble in training camp. C.J. Mosley. Shaq Thompson, De’Vondre Campbell, Eric Kendricks, and Zach Cunningham are all intriguing free agent linebackers the Bears could consider adding before training camp.
The Rafael Devers situation in Boston appears to be growing more toxic by the day. Christopher Smith of Mass Live appeared Friday on the “Foul Territory” podcast. During the episode, Smith reported that some veteran players on the Red Sox are not pleased with the three-time All-Star Dever’s recent comments about the team. “One reporter told me that one of [Devers’ teammates] said [for him to] ‘just stop talking,'” said Smith. “We’ve also at Mass Live learned that a couple players — veteran players, players who have been around the league a long time — were not happy with the situation, with his inflexibility, and also [with] the way that he brought it out publicly.” The report comes a day after Devers caused a stir by claiming that the Red Sox lied to him over the offseason. Devers alleged that the Red Sox, particularly executive Craig Breslow, told him that he would no longer be playing in the field from here (as the longtime third baseman Devers shifted over to designated hitter this season in order to accommodate new signing Alex Bregman). However, Red Sox first baseman Triston Casas suffered a season-ending knee injury earlier this month, and Breslow then supposedly approached Devers about the possibility of playing first base (a position that Devers has never played before in the bigs). As a result, Devers felt that he was lied to and went public this week to express his unhappiness. You can read the full comments that Devers made here. Now it appears that there are multiple Red Sox players who feel that Devers, 28, should have kept his complaints in-house. While Devers is the longest-tenured player on the Boston roster and is signed through 2033 as a part of a 10-year, $313.5 million extension he signed with the team before the 2023 campaign, his situation with the Red Sox is threatening to only get messier from here.
