Incredible 25-year marriage

In the fickle world of Hollywood, Carrie-Anne Moss stands out for maintaining a lengthy 25-year marriage throughout her acting journey.

She exchanged vows with fellow Canadian actor Steven Roy in 1999 and their bond has stood the test of time.

Moss traditionally maintains a hushed tone about her private life. Yet, she shared that she stepped back from the acting spotlight to focus on family, proudly raising two sons, born in 2003 and 2005, and a daughter born in 2009.

Project away from Hollywood

Aside from her renowned roles in the film and TV industry, Moss is also the creative force behind Annapurna Living, a lifestyle brand she established.

This online platform is designed to empower and elevate women, offering a variety of sessions led by the celebrity herself.

She characterizes her initiative as "a blossoming of my deep desire to create community with all women-juicy artists, soulful mothers, inspired young women and wise elders-and form a true women's circle."

Leaving Los Angeles

Moss and her kin bid farewell to Los Angeles in 2020 after calling it home for thirty years.

Her relocation to LA was initially for the filming of the CBS series Dark Justice, which subsequently opened doors for her to land auditions for other roles, including the iconic Trinity in The Matrix.

Now settled in New Hampshire, Moss expresses no regrets about the move.

In a conversation with People magazine, she shared: "We were just really craving a quieter life, less traffic, more nature - and I have to say, I like change.

"My husband and I really wanted more connection to nature, really. I wanted to see the stars at night. I wanted to be surrounded by trees. I wanted to have winter, fall, spring and summer."

During the promotional tour for the much-anticipated sequel, they both acknowledged the strong friendship that has endured since their initial collaboration.

"I feel very grateful that I've spent the time that I've spent with Keanu," Moss expressed to People in 2021.

"He definitely inspires me in a lot of different ways in the work. But as a human being, I feel impacted by being around him and having him as my friend.
